Your Opportunity:Taylor Technology Services, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a PC Maintenance Technician for our Fort Worth, TX location!
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Works through Alloy ticket system to support employees in their IT needs.
You Must Have:
- 3+ years' experience in similar role
- Windows 10/11 experience
- High level of communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- PC background (hardware & software)
- Ability to understand networks and servers
- Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
We Would Also Prefer:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Mac experience
