PBX/Telephone Operator - PRN
Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Position Description:
Responsible for handling all incoming calls through the switchboard, serves as a resource for information, locates physicians and hospital associates and assists with the communication element of all codes.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years switchboard experience e required.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must also be able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner. Must be proficient in MS Office.
