Description:
Responsible for operating a telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls and performing miscellaneous hospital communications and clerical duties.
Relays incoming, outgoing, and intra hospital calls requiring operator assistance in an efficient, effective and courteous manner.
Experience: Previous switchboard (multi line phone) experience is desirable; however, on the job training can be performed. Competence can be attained in one to three months.
