JOB SUMMARY

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will have the chance to work directly with many customers and other teams within the company to gain details of product sales and purchases. You will use this detail to provide excellent customer service by way of confirmations memorializing the transactions for our various product offerings. You will utilize our systems to prepare confirmations, download reports, and submit reports to various agencies. Sound intimidating? Don't worry. DURING A TYPICAL DAY
  • Generate contract confirmations entering contract terms and details
  • Review confirmations for completeness and accuracy
  • Download reports for reconciliation against customer data and for regulatory reporting
  • Responsible for daily submissions to EPA, working closely with IT and Accounting
  • Answer customer questions and provide additional detail as necessary
  • Maintain and update documentation for your job and look for ways to improve the process
  • Since we are all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skills may be put to a lot of other uses!


QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in compliance or related field
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Products, especially MS Excel
  • Experience analyzing contracts
