Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: This role is the public’s first impression of KIMCHUK. The position functions as the company’s receptionist, payroll administrator and provides administrative support to the HR Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer the company’s weekly and bi-weekly payrolls through the use of ADP. Duties include entering data through eTime, transferring pay and accrual data into Workforce Now (WFN), reviewing, approving and auditing the payroll for accuracy and making corrections as necessary
- Maintain ADP and HR databases (COSS ERP system, etc.) with new hires, terminations and employee changes
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team by providing ad hoc reports throughout the year and during the annual audit process
- Perform regular audits of time and attendance, pay, benefits (and benefit invoices) and other HR data
- Maintain time and attendance accrual information for reporting
- Reconcile quarterly/annual payroll tax reports (941s and W2s)
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed
- Perform receptionist duties as assigned
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
- Back up to the HR Coordinator
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Education/Experience Required:
High School Diploma
Two years of payroll experience required
Experience with ADP payroll including Workforce Now and Time & Attendance
Experience in Paychex payroll
Two years of experience in HR administration
MS Office proficiency (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
