Your Opportunity 

As a Payroll Tax Administrator, you have an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll Tax and Global Mobility team. Reporting to the Tax and Global Mobility Manager, your primary role is to perform payroll tax and global mobility administration duties including input and processing of payroll tax information. This experienced level payroll tax and global mobility support position is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player, who wants to be part of an innovative payroll and global mobility tax team. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll tax and global mobility related input, balancing, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Process and distribute all tax mail.
  • Upload payroll tax notices into ADP Smart Compliance.
  • Update tax information into Oracle.
  • Audit payroll tax and global mobility data entries and assist with analysis of data.
  • Run and analyze related reports out of out the Oracle system.
  • Respond to tax inquiries with guidance and training from fellow team members.
  • Other duties, as assigned, based on the needs of the Tax and Global Mobility team.

Your Capabilities & Credentials

  • Experience with automated payroll and timekeeping systems. (Oracle is a plus)
  • General payroll and payroll tax knowledge, including general knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll regulations with multi-jurisdiction payroll experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong math skills, accuracy, and analytic capabilities.
  • Focus on confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Proficient with the use of MS office applications, especially Excel.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma with minimum of 1-3 years payroll experience or equivalent combination of post-secondary educational experience.
  • Payroll certification preferred but not required. (CPP or FPC)
  • Position will work in an office setting or remotely from any posted location.
