Payroll Supervisor

Payroll Supervisor, East Hartford 
Schedule: On site in East Hartford 3 days per week, 2 days at home
Compensation: 58K-70K

• The Payroll Supervisor will sit on the Human Resource team of 5
• A Payroll Clerk, Administrative Assistant and HRG will report to you as the Payroll Supervisor

Overview of the Payroll Supervisor Role:

• Review payroll procedures, update and maintain as necessary
• Provide continuous training and support to the department
• Field all employee questions regarding payroll (deductions, 401K, garnishments, etc.)
• Update direct deposit requests
• Ensure employees overtime is approved
• Review payroll for accuracy - Assist the Payroll clerk in processing as needed 
• Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission

Preferred Qualifications:

• The ideal Payroll Supervisor will have knowledge of Payroll regulations in CT 
• ADP/Kronos or Oracle experience is a PLUS
• 3+ Years of hands on payroll processing experience is necessary to be successful in this role
