Payroll Supervisor, East Hartford
Schedule: On site in East Hartford 3 days per week, 2 days at home
Compensation: 58K-70K

- The Payroll Supervisor will sit on the Human Resource team of 5
- A Payroll Clerk, Administrative Assistant and HRG will report to you as the Payroll Supervisor
Overview of the Payroll Supervisor Role:
- Review payroll procedures, update and maintain as necessary
- Provide continuous training and support to the department
- Field all employee questions regarding payroll (deductions, 401K, garnishments, etc.)
- Update direct deposit requests
- Ensure employees overtime is approved
- Review payroll for accuracy - Assist the Payroll clerk in processing as needed
- Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal Payroll Supervisor will have knowledge of Payroll regulations in CT
- ADP/Kronos or Oracle experience is a PLUS
- 3+ Years of hands on payroll processing experience is necessary to be successful in this role
