Description:
· Processes payrolls for a variety of clients with all levels of complexity.
- Communicates and provides best-in-class payroll services to our client base.
- Sets up new clients and reviews for accuracy before the first payroll is processed.
- Acts as a trainer to clients remotely and in-person to understand and use payroll software.
- Resolves issues in a timely manner with clients, agencies, accounting staff and management.
- Reconciles wage information and assists with outside agency audit and tax notice resolution.
- Ensures all tax reporting and payments for assigned clients are done by required deadlines.
- Participates in and contributes to training to improve policy and process acumen.
- Performs special projects and any other duties as identified.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess general knowledge of payroll, and payroll tax concepts.
- Possess proficiency in MS Word, Excel, accounting/payroll platforms, and cloud computing.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus periodic performance bonuses depending upon qualifications.

- No, to start with, but may turn into hybrid after initial training period.
