Payroll Processor/Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing payroll and financial records for our company's clients. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Administrative Duties
• Obtain financial data for payroll and accounting records
• Process weekly payroll for clients including Data Entry and Reporting- Thomson Reuters - Accounting CS - Payroll program a plus but not required.
• General Ledger Data Entry
• Bank Reconciliations
• Tax Return Processing

• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in accounting, or related fields is helpful
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and payroll
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills
