Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing payroll and financial records for our company's clients. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Administrative Duties
- Obtain financial data for payroll and accounting records
- Process weekly payroll for clients including Data Entry and Reporting- Thomson Reuters - Accounting CS - Payroll program a plus but not required.
- General Ledger Data Entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Tax Return Processing
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, or related fields is helpful
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and payroll
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills
