- Knowledge and demonstration of HIPAA rules & regulations
- Knowledge of Department of Labor and Wage laws
- Payroll and employee benefits experience, including OFLA/FMLA

Primary responsibilities:- Timecard assistance
- Payroll management
- Obtaining necessary documents following Oregon Law Employment Practices
- Managing employee benefits and documentation
- Interviewing and hiring of new staff
- Absent reports
- Additional tasks:
- Staff survey's
- Scheduling provider reviews
- Employee of the Month program
- Other duties as assigned by management.
