We are currently seeking a Payroll Processor in the Ohio Valley Area (Huntington, WV) within our team of experienced professionals. The right candidate will be primarily responsible for weekly payroll entry.
Job Specifications
- Manage the administrative process for union payroll. Responsibilities include set up and maintenance of payroll filing.
- Maintain regular contact with operations management and field personnel to assure accuracy in the processing of payroll related entries.
- Troubleshooting payroll issues and assisting with employee inquiries.
- Respond to unemployment request for information in a timely fashion.
- Other accounting functions may be assigned as needed

Education
- HS Diploma. Degree or certification in payroll a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, Union payroll experience a plus.
- 2-Years experience in the construction industry preferable
Computer Skills
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
