Payroll Clerk/Accounting Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Payroll (W2 and 1099) timesheets processed weekly, payroll bi-weekly
• Accounts Payable
• Review and reconcile insurance invoices
• Administrative duties for Management Team
• Various accounting and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Preferred three years in the accounting field
• A positive attitude and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Potential candidate must be well-organized, proactive, resourceful, flexible, able to clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with a high level of professionalism

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
