We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at Swift Home Loans!
As a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing comprehensive HR support. Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll activities, including data entry, calculations, and deductions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information in HRIS.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes and maintain performance records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees' Payroll and HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolutions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation between HR, payroll, and other departments.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws, regulations, and payroll practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements when necessary.
Qualifications:
-At Least 3 years in Human Resources, Business Administration, or payroll processing.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or HR Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR policies, and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
