Position Summary:
Perform daily Payroll and benefit maintenance in ERP and HRIS systems, processes payroll, provides reconciliations and reports for various accounting-related activities. Works closely with and reports to Compensation and Benefit Manager to provide management information and support as required. Perform daily Payroll and benefit maintenance in ERP and HRIS systems, processes payroll, provides reconciliations and reports for various accounting-related activities. Works closely with and reports to Compensation and Benefit Manager to provide management information and support as required. Job Duties
- Maintains records systems and processes multi location payrolls with full lifecycles.
- Reconciles Payroll and benefit reports weekly and monthly frequency.
- Responds timely to Manager and Employee inquiries
- Train & Assist Management with Time & Attendance.
- Provide support for Payroll and Benefits to non-corporate locations.
- Knowledgeable of company benefit plans.
- Assists in special projects as required.
- Provides ad HOC reports and analysis as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or BA degree in related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with open enrollment, 401k, FMLA, STD, and LTD.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite,
- Knowledgeable understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM

- Detail orientation with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Review, approve and track FMLA and other leave related requests.
- Ensure all new employees on benefits and terminations receive COBRA notices according to legal standards and employee pay profiles.
- Plan and administer the annual Open Enrollment including coordination with benefits broker benefits guide creation, EDI feed setup, etc. ensuring timelines are met.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
