Payroll Analyst (Labor Cost And Scheduling)

What you’ll do:

The PAYROLL ANALYST (Labor Cost and Scheduling) works as a staff member of the Finance Team and will collect and analyze Labor Cost information related to the organization's expenses, seeking ways to improve accuracy of, scheduled shifts, budgets and forecasts, and to decrease the cost of assigned departments and projects. measuring performance, monitoring the effectiveness, maintaining changes, and producing reports based on their analysis. In addition to analysis the Analyst will also implement, rollout and support new features within the UKG HR/Payroll solution to ensure all functionalities are being utilized and maximized.

Typical schedule:  Five days on/two days off, forty hours per week.  Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.  Occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required for special events or project completion.

To be considered, you should:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Associate’s degree with course work in accounting, business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, such as ADP or UKG, preferred.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
