Days/Hours:

• 1 Position - Mon-Fri- 5:30am-2:00pm onsite in our Seattle office

Summary:

This position will primary sort mail and distribute them in trays. Will be cross-trained to open, extract, and prepare transactions according to client business rules.

Primary Position Duties:

• Sort incoming mail and batch transactions
• Scan payments/invoices
• Index, image capture, key and reconcile payments/invoices
• Open mail and extract paper invoices/payments
• Analyze all transactions to ensure payments are properly processed
• Enter remittance processing data using a 10-key pad
• Balance multiple transactions for processing
• Follow established security procedures for the company and department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven production environment
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Energetic and strong willingness to learn
• Regular and Reliable attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• A sense of teamwork while working independently

Desired:

• Minimum one year of data entry, proven proficiency with 10-key
• Familiarity with Opex equipment preferred (Opener 51, Opener 72 + FalconRed, 150 + IEM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
• Experience in item processing or banking
• General knowledge and familiarity of Remittance Processing and Document Scanning & Imaging
