Payment & Investigation Specialist

We are hiring an iGaming Payment & Investigation Specialist. The position involves processing payouts and investigating/circumventing fraud for several online casinos throughout America and Canada.

The position is based out of Marlton, NJ. You should have the ability to work from this office. We will not be able to assist in relocation however candidates not currently in the area may still be considered.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for withdrawal processing and document review
• Investigate and respond to escalated payments/fraud related customer contacts
• Analyze player activity to prevent, identify, and report potential fraud
• Review and investigate daily AML and Fraud Alerts
• Assist customer service with payments related inquiries
• Assist with chargeback disputes and represtments

Qualifications:

• Ability to work from Marlton, NJ office
• Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Very comfortable with Microsoft Office and search engines
• Experience in casinos or sports betting is preferred
• Experience in iGaming is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of electronic payments
• Interest in online gaming and sports betting is a bonus!
