As Pawn Broker you are expected to learn our selling techniques and responsibilities. Being an associate means that in addition to greeting customers promptly and appropriately, you should work to establish a rapport that allows you to go beyond the customer's initial request and determine their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to offer and describe various solutions and benefits to the customer. Strong marketing and communication skills. Strategic and tactical staff management skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Proven background for accountability for meeting targets and metrics in a performance driven environment. Must have an engaging personality and a solid leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. The ability to manage customer needs as well as using excellent communications skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills are a must. Ability to develop a team attitude and mentor fellow employees for their future growth.
Other Skills:
Must enjoy meeting and interacting with customers. Possess strong sense of urgency for closing sales. Build a solid ongoing client and community relationship for future growth. Keen ability to motivate a team to not only reach goals but surpass them while maintaining a positive working environment.
Work Hours:
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be flexible such as stooping and reaching overhead.
