SalaryWe are seeking an highly organized Pawn Brokers to join our Lake Jackson location
The successful candidate will have excellent technical sales skills, time management abilities, and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the value of items brought in for pawn or sale
- Negotiating prices with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Ensuring that all items are properly stored and secured
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Managing inventory levels and ordering new stock as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong technical sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
