Job Title: Pavilion Server
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor
Position Purpose: Responsible for professionally serving food and beverages while providing excellent service to enhance the member experience at the club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcomes members and guests upon being seated
- Ensures that all tables are set correctly in compliance with SOP
- Responsible for the service of all members and guests in his/her station but also assisting your teammates
- Takes food and beverage orders from members and guests
- Records orders properly and places food orders correctly into the Point of Sale system
- Responsible for ensuring check is correct, and obtaining the members’ signature
- Responsible for all assigned side work and cleaning duties before, during and after shift.
- Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage products and stays up to date with any changes therein.
- Responsible for his/her appearance and makes sure that his/her uniform is neat, clean, and pressed every shift.
- Other duties as directed by supervisor.
Essential physical requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Carry trays/tubs up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
