Are you a people person? Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a compassionate Per DiemPatient Transporter to join our healthcare team. The Patient Transporter is responsible for the safe, friendly, and expeditious transport of patients and supplies to and from locations throughout the hospital campus. You will create a safe and clean environment by operating and maintaining various types of patient transport devices such as beds, wheelchairs, and support equipment. What can we offer you?
- Salary range $16.21-$25.29/hour
- Additional 15% of pay in lieu of benefits
- Hands-on training with opportunities for advancement
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- (AHA BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider to be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Preferred:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
