We are looking for a Van Driver to drive patients to and from appointments, Pick up patients discharged from the hospital and other outings as needed. This would be a part time position based on facility need need of appointments.
Qualification:
Clean driving record in the state of WI
Wisconsin driver's license
Preferred experence driving a van
CPR certification preferred but not required, faciliy can provide
