- Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and work to minimize patient wait times
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Job Requirements
- 1 year medical office reception experience
- Previous similar office experience
