In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care by providing top-notch administrative support to our clinic and ambulatory surgery center.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk/reception areas, including greeting patients and handling inquiries
  • Scan and index documents into patient charts
  • Coordinate new patient intake and scheduling
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of our growing practice

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities for interactions with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle conflict, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
