Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk/reception areas, including greeting patients and handling inquiries
- Scan and index documents into patient charts
- Coordinate new patient intake and scheduling
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of our growing practice
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service abilities for interactions with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle conflict, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology
