Patient Scheduling Associate-Float

The Patient Scheduling Associate Float will be responsible for continuum of care for patients beginning at scheduling of appointments and then following through claims and management. Duties will include coordinating with billing and financial counselors for collection, and providing positive communication and services explanation to patients to improve patient experience. Travel to the four rural clinic locations; Mt. Ayr, Greenfield, Lenox, and Corning will be expected.

Skills and Experience:

• Healthcare customer service preferred
• Insurance/coding and claims background helpful
• Organization is a must!
• Excellent communication skills
