Job Description

PATIENT SAFETY AND CLINICAL QUALITY PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MIT Medical, to support the ongoing needs related to MIT Medical’s Patient Safety reporting system and its coordination of follow up with the quality and safety team and associated MIT Medical team members. Will identify, manage, and coordinate cross-functional process improvement activities related to known safety vulnerabilities and priorities; support the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care as a member of the Clinical Quality and safety team; and provide support for activities performed by the director of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety and the quality and safety team. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; two years of Patient Safety, Clinical Quality, process improvement, or related work experience in a healthcare environment; understanding of risk management processes and guidelines; and knowledge of safety reporting systems such as RL Datix. Job #22617-64/18/23
