Front Desk/Patient Representative

8-530, Tuesday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays

POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently looking for an experienced Front Desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service at all Diagnostic Imaging Centers Clinics. This position is based at the Overland Park, with occasional need to help at other clinics. Duties will include: registering patients, collecting amounts dues, confirming appointments, reviewing daily schedules, checking patient insurance and providing patient cost estimates.

• Professional communication, both in person and on the phone
• Flexible, with a willingness to float to various DIC clinics on occasion
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Independent worker
• Accuracy and detail oriented
• Team player dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Foster a sense of comfort and confidence to patients

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
