Working as a Patient Representative a at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in the Home Health Rehab department, you will:
- Provide assistance and services to patients, families, staff and external agencies in the accurate completion of patient registration, admission and scheduling. Investigates and resolves customer requests, questions or problems according to CCHMC policies and procedures. Contacts outside representatives to request information or assistance in resolving problems.
- Work with doctors, therapists, and clients to track patient information, medical documents, and other related information. Tracks department equipment, deliveries, and works with vendors regarding department needs.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree in related field, three years of related experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, utilizing quick and efficient problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer-service centered role, specifically with patient families and vendors
