Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Patient Relations Associate. This role is integral to our practice, serving as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, coachable, and enjoys interacting with patients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling as necessary.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance to patients and staff.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, process payments, and handle general administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a big plus.
