Patient Registrar Specialist Full Time

Endoscopy Center of Bergen County has a need for a Full TimePatient Registrar Specialist!

Job Summary: The Patient Registrar Specialist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. filing and other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years of medical office experience
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
