HomeFree Pharmacy Services is looking for a competitive and talented Pharmacy Patient Outreach Specialist for our Growth Team. Job Responsibilities
- Generate new customer opportunities via inbound leads and outbound cold calls
- Call referrals to initially sell our medication management program and set up clinician follow-up appointment.
- Collect, record, and accurately maintain pertinent patient information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals established for the position in the areas of producitivty, quality, and customer satisfaction to support business growth.
- Learn and understand basic knoweldge around the pharmacy industry and the populations we serve.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required).
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess an energetic team spirit, motivational attitude, and strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven Inside Sales Experience (6 months call center experience or equalivant role preferred)
- Must be comfortable with fast paced inbound and outbound calls (80+day)
- The ability to multi-task and maintain high productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (Preferred)
- Professional, compassionate, and positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
