Responsibilities
- Monitor exterior doors and perimeter and ensure parking area is a safe environment for patients, visitors and team members
- Investigate disturbances and prepare incident reports, issue copies and brief management if needed
- Monitor all building visitors, including vendors, and ensure all visitors sign in
- Monitor dosing lobby until all patients have exited the building
- Observe visitors and team members to preserve order and protect property
- Monitor for rule infractions or violations, evict violators off site if necessary
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred
- Work well as a team and individually;
