The Patient Liaison is responsible for facilitating communication between patients and providers in the healthcare setting. As a Patient Liaison, you will become an expert in helping our patients get in for their valuable dental cleaning appointments. You will become their Patient Advocate, helping them achieve and maintain dental health through regular cleanings.
You must have excellent communication & customer service skills, as well as be computer savvy. Insurance knowledge is helpful, but we will train you.
Hours: Flexible hours from 4-6 hrs/day, 16-36 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to patients overdue for their cleaning appointment via the phone primarily, but also by text and email, with the goal of getting them in for their cleaning.
- Maintain, manage and ensure daily hygiene appointment hours are booked.
- Confirm hygiene cleaning patients for the following day.
- Challenge yourself by learning Key Performance Indicators for maintaining a booked cleaning schedule.
- Maintain our system for Phone Call, Text, Email, Voicemail & Patient Communication Platform for cleaning appointment reminders and campaigns.
- Occasionally help answer incoming calls.
