As a Patient Escort in a nursing home, your primary responsibility is to assist and accompany residents during their movements within the facility. You will provide compassionate and supportive assistance, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents as they navigate various areas such as common areas, activity rooms, and medical appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
