Patient Coordinator manages the clients for medical staff and takes care of receiving all the patients when they check in. You will be assisted and aid in the work of the medical records team.
We are looking for two employee (one of each shift)
Day time shift 9am-5pm
Afternoon shift 12pm-8pm
Duties:
- Answer calls from patients and new clients
- Schedule appointments with therapist and clients.
- Make sure all the new therapist work, including notes are correct and there is no missing information.
- Make sure all CCA, Service Plans and Discharges get documented and submitted on time.
- Check Census information is up to date.
- Create intake
- Translate and answer call between Spanish and English.
- Prepare documents to clinical director for supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00/hr - $17.50 hr Pay will depend on medical experience.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

We are flexible with Covid regulations but masks are required if felling sick or when speaking with a client in-person
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical clerk (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Required)
