Patient Consultant (Budtender)

The Patient Station is looking to expand our team by bringing on more Patient Consultants(Budtenders)! We are a full service medical and recreational cannabis provisioning center. Our collection offers a wide selection of the finest medicinal and recreational strains, concentrates, and edibles. We strive to provide a healing solution that excels with professionalism and compassion!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and knowledgeable assistance to customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis trends, strains, and products
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Provide strong customer service daily, to include an optimistic attitude, welcoming personality, and driven work-ethic.
• Become well-educated with all products offered and/ or willing to learn.
• Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients on-site and over the phone
• Handle customer pick-up orders, verify ID medical cards, and take orders out to customers.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and honest.
• Personal and reliable transportation
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for cannabis and a commitment to promoting the best products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of different strains, consumption methods, and product types
• Previous budtending or cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Able to lift 20 lbs. and be able to work on their feet for long shifts (7-9 hrs.)
• Open to submitting to a background check
• Experience in using cannabis (preferred)
• Ability to work in all weather environments (-20-90+ degrees outside)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
