Patient Care Technician

We are Bodhi TCM Acupuncture, an integrative medical clinic in Melbourne, FL. We specialize in treating chronic pain and complicated conditions (the kinds of things that leave most practitioners scratching their heads) and giving our staff jobs that actually mean something in a fun, rewarding environment that prides itself on work-to-live hours and fair wages.

We’re looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Technician to support our mission to change as many lives as possible and help people live lives free from pain and suffering!

The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on Patient Care to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down door knobs. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.” Nothing great was ever built alone.

You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.

This is a Part Time Position. Our Office Hours Needed in person Monday and Wednesday 1:30 PM- 6:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM and additional hours can be worked at all if needed.
