SalaryOur Family Oriented General Dentist office is growing and looking for a motivated and energetic Patient Coordinator to join our dental team! Our focus is to provide excellent Patient Care in a family like setting. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Skills
- Excellent communication skills and capable of multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team enviroment
- Proficient in using dental software and technology is a plus
Responsibilities ( some but not all)
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance for all clinical appointments and obtain any necessary authorizations
- Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules throughout the day and fill all holes
- Answer phones promptly,
- Perform in accordance with OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines
- Promptly welcome all patients
- Review patient registration information and medical history
- Obtain signatures on consent, financial, and HIPAA forms
- Collect estimated payments and co-pays from all patients at time of appointment
* Be flexible on taking on additional duties if time permits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
