Energy4LifeCenters is a functional medicine clinic located in beautiful Park City, Utah. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to be the top functional medicine clinic in the world. We're a fast-paced integrative wellness center that offers a variety of healthcare options including non- surgical pain relief and regenerative medicine that includes acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV therapy. Our purpose is to help as many people as possible to get well naturally through integrative medicine. We were established over 21 years ago in downtown Portland, OR.

Responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive)
- In general, the Patient Ambassador is responsible for handling the phones, patient appointments, greeting patients, and patient transactions
- Handle incoming and outgoing patients in a professional, competent, responsive, friendly manner
- Collect intake forms from new patients, make sure all information is correct and current
- Handle all patient financial transactions. Run Daily Report and balance transactions at the beginning of the day on the End of Day report for the book-keeper
- Schedule appointments. Ensure, to the best of your ability, that every patient has a "next appointment" before they leave the office
- Make sure patient info and plans are entered correctly into EHR system so that patients are getting the type of reminder they requested
- Answer patient questions and direct calls as appropriate
- Answer and distribute all voicemail messages as needed
- Respond to patient questions, requests, and needs in a clear, concise, prompt, and courteous manner
- Mail supplements to patients when appropriate or direct them to the online store
- Keep front desk and reception area in good order. Keep office equipment in good order
- Open and close the office (deal w/ blinds, lights, straighten waiting room and tea table
- Assist in making front desk/admin operations more efficient
- Inventory check-in at time of arrival for record keeping purposes
- Help w/ bi-annual inventory
-Recordkeeping and KPI Data Entry
-Triage patient/client and employee concerns timely and professionally
-Tracks calls, scheduled appointments, shows, conversion and referral rate of each inbound and outbound marketing initiative
-Confirmation, Follow-up and Retention calls
-Utilization of our patient onboarding and lab review practices
-Completed Care Plans to be called and automated followed up with on a regular monthly basis to ensure we retain as many patients as possible through the life-time follow-up process.
-Assist with coordination of creation and any adjustments made of class/seminar/group visit schedules
-Document Patient complaints – investigate, document and notify team when necessary
-Work with accounting to provide monthly accurate inventory and sales data for all cash sales
