Come work for HRSI as a Patient Advocate at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington DEworking a late shift and make a difference in someone’s life!
You will be performing are: Interviewing patients and/or family members using the Medical Assistance Application provided by the state.
Some of the duties include:
- Speaking to underinsured/uninsured patients and/or their families bedside
- Calling patients and prescreening over the phone
- Contacting the County Assistance Office
- Speaking with Doctors
- Updating computer systems
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs. You will need to be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. You must be dependable, reliable and able to work independently. You must be vaccinated for Covid 19. Must be able to clear criminal background and medical checks.
All training will be done during normal day hours. Shifts can be Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday 12:30pm to 9pm.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
