- DEFINITION OF POSITION
- The Patient Account’s Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering and triaging incoming phone calls. The Customer Service Representative also accepts patient payments in person and over the phone and completes a daily deposit.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Computer and keyboard skills required: type 30 wpm
- MS Office and PC skills required.
- Ability to work in a busy office environment.
- Customer Service experience required.
