Patient Account Manager

We are a family focused, Chiropractic wellness clinic that seeks to provide the highest quality services to our community so they can reach their God-given potential. We see infants through elderly, with a focus on health maintenance. We put a high priority on family care and educate our patients on chiropractic, lifestyle, and nutrition so they are able to achieve and then maintain their health transformation.
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative duties to keep the facility running smoothly specifically related to Patient Account Management.

Responsibilities: Manage Patient Accounts from start to throughout their care in our office, ensuring all aspects of their care is administered in a timely manner regarding implementation of procedures as well as reviewing finances on a regular basis. You will also handle all administrative duties and communicate with insurance companies and patients for proper billing procedures, creating care plans for patients, and posting and following up on incorrectly processed payments.

Qualifications: Familiarity with database, strong organizational skills, competency with computer software and skills, able to research, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem Solver: A proactive problem-solving mentality, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent critical thinking skills.
• On-the job training is provided, though computer knowledge, organization, and attention to detail is a must.

** Pay starts at $23.00 for 3 mo. while training, then eligible for $24-25.00/hr if training goals are met or exceeded.
