High school graduate. Minimum 1 year experience in health care setting such as hospital or physicians office or 1 year experience related to customer service or working with the public. Experience in collections. Experience with medical insurance. Medical terminology. Knowledge of HIPAA. Knowledge of Microsoft Works and Excel. Experience in leadership position. Understanding EMTALA.
