The Patient Access Representative within our Float Pool team assists various medical offices in the Kingman area on an as needed basis. This position is a part-time days position.
Position Purpose: As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical support and ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This entails verifying benefits, facilitating patient discharges, collecting copays or payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and performing general data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Provides excellent customer service completing the registration process for patients. Confirms patient demographic information, verification of benefits, scheduling and coordinating post discharge care for patients, collection of copays or payments, balancing of accounts, and general data entry. Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to the defined guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 yr of experience working in a customer services position and/or office setting
Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Work Requirements: Able to reach above and below shoulder level, lift, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and sit for the full scheduled shift; able to use business office equipment/computer. Expected duties have, but not routine exposure to bloodborne pathegons.
