POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for overseeing the registration and scheduling processes, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and excellent experience for our patients. The Patient Access Manager plays a critical role in ensuring patient satisfaction, optimizing revenue cycle management, and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Post-secondary degree in business, healthcare, or equivalent experience, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams, required.
• Five years of healthcare experience. Two years of experience in supervisory or management role, preferred.
