PATH Career Advisor

Northwest Michigan Works! is seeking a full time PATH Career Advisor to join our team.
PATH Career Advisors work directly with individuals hoping to overcome barriers to employment. The Career Advisor works one-on-one with participants to coach them toward job placement. The ideal candidate has a desire to empower others in their career journey and thrives on building others toward their highest potential! Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Work one-on-one with clients to develop an employment plan by identifying activities and action steps needed to meet customer needs and achieve goals,
monitor customer participation in required work-related and training activities, and
collaborate with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services staff in providing joint case management services, identifying barriers to successful completion of assigned activities and programming.

Pay: $43,000.00 per year
