 About the Role – Pastry Restaurant Line

This role will assist in the preparation of all pastry products on the Restaurant Line as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards. Some other tasks include assisting higher level bakers and other duties as assigned by Chef.

Wage Information:

The expected pay rate for the position is between $19.00 -$21.00  

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
