The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating a wide range of baked goods and pastries from scratch, paired with strong planning, presentation, and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop a variety of baked goods and pastries from scratch, ensuring consistent quality and innovation.
• Plan production schedules and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and customer demands.
• Maintain high standards of presentation for all products.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance menu offerings and introduce new products.
• Manage inventory and order supplies while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Able to guide and lead the growing bakery team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role, with a strong focus on scratch baking and pastry creation.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills with an eye for detail.
• Growth mentality, with a desire to progress within a dynamic and expanding company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant culinary qualification is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
