Qualifications
- Must have managed a property with at least $20M F&B revenue and 400 rooms.
- Has experience managing union staff
- Has lived/worked in Hawaii previously
- At least 3 years managing in Luxury hotel and at least 3 yrs at each job on your resume.
Responsibilities
- Run a 5 star hotel pastry kitchen with a focus on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients
- Design menu concepts with high level of detail in quality and presentation
- Scheduling, labor costing, payroll administration and production control
