As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to airline passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and airline policies
- Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure efficient passenger flow
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Handle baggage claims and assist with lost or damaged luggage
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as French is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage passenger interactions
- Administrative skills to handle check-in procedures and documentation accurately
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling ticketing transactions and baggage fees
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and airline policies
